Description: Central vignette: sailing ship with three masts flanked by sailing vessels. Right vignette: female figure standing facing head left, with right hand on breast and holding caduceus in right. She rests her right elbow on stone on which an anchor. Upper right oval medallion in which two female figures seated either side of uncertain object with banner. Left figure Liberty holding staff with cap of Liberty, right figure Prosperity or Ceres. Inscription around "Receivable by the state of Florida in payment of all dues and demands". Lower right stag left, head back. In lower center text block . Signatures and countersignatures in ink plus serial number 5439 (series I)
