Description: Liberty seated left on cornucopia from which spills coins, head right, bare breast, holding rod with cap of Liberty in right and resting right arm on portrait of Washington. With her left she crowns with a wreath an eagle facing, wings spread, head right. The eagle rests right talon on shield and left talon on olive branch below which fasces. Below Washington's portrait a cornucopia of fruit, to left of portrait an urban scene. To right of eagle anchor, barrel and bale with maritime scene in background. Lower right vignette of blacksmith standing facing, head right, left hand on hip and resting right on vertical hammer on anvil. Lower central vignette: steam train left. THREE in red below name of bank Signed by Cashier and L. Mc Allen. Pres.
