Lower left Wisconsin Coat of arms with plow, pick and shovel, arm and hammer, and anchor, surmounted by badger left. The shield is supported by a sailor seated left resting left arm on coil of rope and a miner seated on right holding pick in lowered left and with pile of ingots on right. Factories in background right. Lower right three putti forming the numeral 3. 3 in red. Serial number 9466 stamped. Unsigned
