Central vignette: Female figure seated left holding dividers over scroll in lowered right and resting left on coat of arms (of Vermont?) in which a pine tree, cow and sheaf of grain. To right of arms vegetables and grain. To left of female a globe, Train on bridge in distance left, horses ploughing in distance right. Small vignette below of eagle flying, head left holding shield in beak and olive branch in talons. Signatures of Cashier and President. Serial number 2574 in ink.
